Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing to stay with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy below:
1. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
Guests must provide valid identification (e.g., passport, Aadhar card, or driver’s license) at the time of check-in.
Advance payment or a credit card guarantee may be required to confirm your booking.
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless a confirmed reservation has been made.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM and Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must settle all outstanding charges at the time of check-out.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties.
No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
A valid credit card is required for incidental charges, such as room service, spa treatments, or damages.
All payments are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
