1. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
Guests must provide valid identification (e.g., passport, Aadhar card, or driver’s license) at the time of check-in.
Advance payment or a credit card guarantee may be required to confirm your booking.
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless a confirmed reservation has been made.
2. Check-In and Check-OutCheck-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must settle all outstanding charges at the time of check-out.
3. Cancellation and Refund PolicyCancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties.
No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Payment PolicyWe accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
A valid credit card is required for incidental charges, such as room service, spa treatments, or damages.
All payments are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
5. Guest ResponsibilitiesGuests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available on the premises.
Pets are not allowed on the property, except for service animals with prior approval.
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Loud noises or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Hotel Amenities and ServicesComplimentary WiFi is available for all guests throughout the hotel.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at designated times in our in-house restaurants. Special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice.
Spa and wellness services are available by appointment. Guests are advised to book in advance.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or belongings.
7. Tour and Travel ServicesTour and travel services arranged by the hotel are provided by third-party vendors. The hotel is not responsible for any issues arising during these tours.
Guests are advised to review the terms and conditions of the tour operator before booking.
8. LiabilityShree Royal Ranbankagarh is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
The hotel reserves the right to evict guests who violate hotel policies or engage in unlawful activities.
9. Force MajeureThe hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
10. Privacy PolicyThe hotel respects the privacy of its guests. Personal information collected during the reservation process will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your stay at Shree Royal Ranbankagarh will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
12. AmendmentsShree Royal Ranbankagarh reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
